More than thirty surveys have been undertaken in order to legalise the ownership of land for motorway purposes.
As part of Transit New Zealand’s ongoing upgrade of Auckland’s motorway system land is required to be purchased or swapped or otherwise legalised. Our role in this process has been to undertake a variety of legalisation surveys throughout the region.
These projects are often in difficult country with poor survey control, access is also often challenging. There is no room for mistakes in this type of work and our team has diligently applied our quality assurance systems to these surveys to ensure the appropriate outcome.
Our team contains a mixture of Licensed Cadastral Surveyors and Registered Professional Surveyors, our expertise and robust processes have been commended by Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). Our innovative quality assurance programme has also received praise from the LINZ audit team.
